so what is the benefit of nic credits under esa or ib and why does he have
to send gp sick notes

thanks

NI Credits count towards a full State Pension.

If they have now failed their Tribunal there should be no on-going requirement for them to provide Fit Notes.

so if some one keeps sending in sick notes for two years to claim NIC credits, would he qualify for contribution based ESA on the basis of nic credits only for two years.

any comments please

You cannot qualify for ESA(CB) purely on NI Credits, you have to have NI Contributions as well and everything has to be in the correct Tax Years.
