Hi Bro,Just to let you know that I have studied your links and found them helpful.
From them I have now extracted the contact addresses of the relevant District & Regional Managers of The Relevant Area JC+.
There were some inside addresses for Payments related sections of a few DWP Regions
but not ones for my region,which is not known by you of course and these were just posters references in forum chat extracts so may not be reliable.
I am still wondering if going higher up in The JC+ is going to be of any use when its The DWP Accounts section Glasgow who have the most direct responsibility?
Any JC employee will just have to contact them in the end anyway all it can do is put pressure on them to do so through their internal systems.
A Malfeasance case Im anxious to avoid.
The last resort is given as The Case Complaints Board or somesuch,I did not find an address for them however.
