2nd Tribunal was created by Angel eyes
I’m going to a second tribunal. The upper tribunal cancelled the decision of the first one.
I have a blue badge now which I didn’t at the last one.

I am afraid they cannot take any account of it, they can only consider your condition and circumstances as they were on the date of the original Decision you appealed.

I’m going to a 2nd tribunal. The upper tribunal cancelled the decision of the 1st one.
They want to book a double slot. I’ve said I’m worried about sitting for that long. I’ve previously said I move after 20 minutes at that time of day and have sharp pain immediately.
There are 3 pieces of good news. The first tribunal said “We managed to find you 12 points” (without fully exploring how I’d got there)
Since then I now have a blue badge.
The upper tribunal requested permission from the lower in order to save time.
