atos want copy of last appeal decision was created by intrested
Hi again
my son made new claim for esa in march after a fime in work , while working he was waiting for appeal date for previous claim two years ago , he got date for march and got placed in support group for previous esa claim , they said they could not make a desion on this claim he waiting for now as it new claim .now atos said they not aware he been to appeal for previous claim and would my son fax them the boards decision so they can see what he was awarded , he was put in support group for that period.they have also eent a form to his doctor for more information which he filled in and they have it , what going on . Thank you in advance

It's unusually proactive by ATOS but I would assume that they want the information to see whether it can be applied to his current claim, however, you should be aware that the ESA Descriptors and Regulations were changed in January 2013, so it is possible that he no longer meets the criteria that the Tribunal assessed him as meeting, of course, this does not mean that he does not meet the criteria as they are now.

His appeal was held in march this year and they said his condion had worsened and to make sure my son told atos everthing he told them as in there doctors opinion he was in no way fit for work befor or now .

You need to remember that the Tribunal were assessing his condition as it was two years ago, when the Decision he appealed was made.
