Child tax. Dla. Rebate

Hi. After a long and extremely stressful year and half. My child was finally awarded
Dla. However now there is another problem.
I have contacted child tax to ask for rebate of child dla element from date of dla award
And received letter which states that they won't do it
I currently claim jobseekers and adult dla and was lead to believe due to me having those
Benefits then child tax dla element should be backdated from same date child dla was awarded ( 2012 )
Any advice on this would be extremely appreciated

I am afraid that we do not advise on Tax Credits, I would recommend that you get face to face advice, do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town, or county.
