Subject to a claimant being in an active PIP postcode and meeting the age requirement for transfer.

- Claimants on fixed term awards and children reaching the age of 16 will be invited to claim PIP as their current awards end.
- Any claimant reporting a Change of Circumstances likely to effect their award will be invited to claim PIP.
- Any claimant selected as part of the Right Payment Program will be invited to claim PIP.

Claimants with an indefinite award should not expect to be transferred before October 2015 subject to the above.
