You are entitled to provide updated information about your limitations up to and including the day of the assessment, if you don't tell them about the changes then it will be more difficult for the ATOS assessor to take account of them in their report to the DWP.

Don't forget that the new information must be related by you to the ESA Descriptors for it to be of value.

In addition to sending the information to ATOS we recommend sending it the DWP office dealing with your claim, marked for the attention of the Decision Maker and you should take a copy to the assessment if you have one and ask the assessor to read the information before they proceed with the interview.
