DLA renewal, DLA1A form sent. how do you add info?

Hello,
I've just had the pleasure of filling in the DLA1A form again.
I have just received a letter stating that they'd received it.
In the letter it also says, if anything changes to inform them.
I had a serious car accident (not my fault) which has written off my car.
This happened on Friday the 13th of June!!
I have been suffering more problems since this date and since filling in the DLA form.

How do I go about sending in the accident information and the problems I am having?

You need to have been suffering from the problems related to this accident for three months before it can be taken account in regard to your renewal and (I can't find a definitive statement on this) there needs to be a reasonable expectation that will be suffering from them for a further 6 months.

Detail the problems you are now having, the cause and the prognosis in a letter and send it to the same address that you returned you DLA form to.
