I'm sorry to hear that your MR was unsuccessful, if you wish to pursue this matter further then your next action is to lodge an appeal with HM Courts & Tribunal Service, our PIP guide to appeals explains how to do this and the forms you need to complete.
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/pip
It is difficult for us to offer advice as to how you might better present your limitations without a detailed knowledge of how you are affected which is not practical in the forum, all I can suggest at this this point is for you to look over your claim form in the light of the comments made by the assessor and the Decision Maker to see whether they are unreasonable based on what you wrote, or because of the words and phrases you have used that you can see how they have come to their conclusions, this does not mean that those conclusions are correct, but it does mean that you need to explain your problems in a different way.
If you have any specific questions then please come back to the forum and we will do our best to help.

Michelle wrote: I put my ESA and PIP appeals in. The ESA was received by the tribunal two days before my PIP. I received the paper work from the DWP for the ESA and PIP on the 14th November and I had a letter today saying my tribunal date for PIP is on the 5th December. I don't know if that is a good or bad sign. Wasn't expecting it so fast.
Due to the introduction of MRs and the huge delays in the ESA system the pressure on the Tribunal Service has been significantly reduced and so we are warning all members going through this process that they need to stick to the one month deadlines that the system ought to be running to.
That said, your PIP Tribunal does sound a couple of weeks early, you should have one month from the date on the letter accompanying the DWP evidence pack to send your submission and evidence to the TS, given that the TS expect this to be with them at least a week in advance of the hearing, you have been effectively given two weeks to do this, it may be possible to request a postponement on this basis, bit I can't guarantee it, if you can have everything finished in time without compromising the content then I would stick with the hearing that is already scheduled.

Glad to hear you got it all sorted out in time. Congratulations on the award.
