It's hard to say !!

As Gordon rightly stated earlier on in the thread, they do tend to "park" claimants where they feel that they have no real prospects of gaining employment.

You could request a phone interview, however, as you know this is at The Adviser's discretion.

They can be accompanied.

To some extent, Yes, as there are still not a great deal of claimants who have done the full 2 years with The WPP.

As we progress I shall update this for one and all.
Only by going thru it, it may help others with input.

I just feel mega sorry for people out there going thru this hell and realise it will only get worse for my friend and others.
Wish I could win the lottery to really help friend and others.
