dla extension for motability

From your previous post, the DLA issued the renewal forms so there is no reason to believe that they will not make a new Decision on the claim, any new Decision will have to be for a minimum of a year and should therefore allow a new Motability agreement to be entered into providing HRM is awarded.

However, I think it likely if they do that any Decision will be for both the Care and Mobility components, so you will need to complete the form in detail, if you have not already done so, you should have a look at our DLA Claim guides
