Question 1 on ESA form was created by F
Question 1: 1. Moving around and using steps, has as a shortest distance you can manage is 50m (How far can you move safely and repeatedly on level ground without needing to stop?). i don't want to tick 'it varies' as I can't manage 5m, let alone 50m. What should I do to make this clear? I've explained in the box that I use an electric wheelchair and can't push myself.
TIA

If the tick boxes on this, or any of the other questions do not fit with your conditions then you do not need to use them, just mark them with a "see below" and explain in the comments box or any attached pages, but make sure that you still provide the relevant information, so for Question 1 the distance that you can walk or mobilise.

Thanks Gordon for your help, it seems to be a poorly designed form if I doesn't give a tick box for the 15 point answer for that question.

The old form did, one might wonder why it was removed
