hi all, i had one of these visits just before xmas, i recieved a letter 10 days before, and like everyone was panicking, i got myself in a right state. wondering why they were commin!, was someone reported me? one the morning my heart was beating so fast that i had a panic attack. my friend came around for surport, He arrived about 10am i was still in my pjs, as i didnt have the strength to get dressed, He came in and i noticed him looking around, he sat down and explaned i was just someone who was picked at random to see if all benefits were right, and if my health had got better or worse. He went through bank statements, postoffice account, when my benefits go into. Then he said any other incomes, and i said no, Then he asked about a pention called hearts of oak, i had forgot about this as i took it out as serps back when i was 17 lol, now 51. so just shows what they know.but i had forgot all about it. Anyway he was hear about an hour, my friend asked him what happens next, and he said, I would recieve a letter in the next couple of weeks, i never got one, and a phone call from dwp to find out how he conducted himself, again no phone call. SO weeks on i checked all my benefits and they are still being paid in, so i take it all was well.
