Hello, my wifes wages have changed they have been reduced. I know I have to inform them about it but can I do this in our local JS+ I ask this because everytime I make contact with thee DWP they lose every thing even when we have recorded delivery post.

I am afraid this is a matter that has to be dealt with by the DWP office that normally deals with your claim, your local JC+ office cannot do this.

You should write to the office detailing the change and send it Recorded Delivery so that you have proof of delivery.
