There are no official statistics for MR timescales as far as I am aware, the following is based on information from this and other forums.

The stated aim for MRs (note: achieved in only a very few cases) is two weeks, a more reasonable timescale would have been 4-5 weeks as this would at least be achievable, the reality is that most MRs are taking 10-13 weeks and a significant minority are taking even longer, it is worth noting that waiting times appear to be increasing.
