Pip Appeal Result

We have received the appeal decision today and unfortunately we lost. The panel agreed that the descriptor for planning and following journeys was met by b , where he only needed prompting to be able to do this. We have to accept this now, however unjust and feel we did everything we could to bring a good case. It seems that it will be nearly impossible to gain points for mobility when suffering from a mental illness.
It will be very interesting to see if anyone else has any success in this area. Many thanks to you all.
