Hi there, my wife who is visually impaired received a letter from dwp telling that she is being transferred over to ESA, she has already had a call from dwp and waiting for the ESA50.
Can you give me some pointers on how to get the best result for her, she is 90% without vision she can see a little bit, but as she is getting older that might change.
She has problems planning a journey and she relies on me getting her to locations. She has problems planning and preparing meals in the kitchen and has regular accidents. I do have to help her with showers and making sure she presents herself to people.
