Ring and Ride problem: where does it go?

I recently started using my local Ring and Ride Service

I have neurological problems which affect my time-keeping. As a result I find it impossible to always be on time, despite best efforts. As a result of this, I was late arriving for the Ring and Ride return trip on several occasions. As a result of that my fellow pasengers became very judgemental and bitchy, always reminding me that I'd held kept them waiting. As a result of that, I stopped using Ring and Ride, despite badly needing such a service, because I couldn't face them any longer.

(though I did have other problems with R & R to be honest. Like trips being too early in the day for me, and need to book the day before- which I usually forgot to do)

I think I should put this on the form? But is it a Social problem, a mobility problem, an organisational problem or what? where on the form should it go? I'm stumped.

(Sorry to be a flaming nuicance,. I always search other places for answers before coming here, but I still can't work out the answer to some of my questions.

I was just a bit concerned about overwhelming them with too much info, and /or too much text.

I have Asperger's. We Aspie types , umm, errr do that at a lot. *blush*
