You can accrue points for the PIP Mobility component using two routes, this is different from DLA where the criteria were separate.

The two questions are Going Out and Moving Around. The former is concerned with issues that would prevent you leaving the house in the first place and problems you might have in planning and following a route and so is concerned with the mental health or cognitive problems that a claimant might have. The second is concerned with the problems that you actually have with walking and is therefore about your physical problems.

Points from both sections are added together to make a Mobility award, from what you have posted you have scored zero for the Going Out portion and 10 points for the Moving around part.

To reach the 12 points for an Enhanced Mobility award you would either need to show that you meet at least one of the Descriptors for the Going Out section or that your walking is so limited that you cannot walk more than 20m, you are currently assessed as being able to walk between 20m and 50m.

Without more information about your problems it is not possible for us to comment on whether you have a realistic prospect of scoring the extra points, I would start by having another read of our PIP Claim guides (I assume that you used it to complete the form in the first place), these explain the criteria for these two questions in more detail. Also, before making a decision on whether to pursue the matter further you need to consider how secure you Daily Living award is, whilst you can ask for only the Mobility component to be looked at, the DWP can extend any reconsideration to include the whole award.
