Is it a good idea to write a letter of complaint to ATOS when you are appealing? I have read that it is a good idea to do so as they may ask you why u did not at the Tribunal if there are things u are unhappy about at medical and in HCPs report.

Hi tb,
You can complain to ATOS regarding the quality of the Medical Report, and/or the attitude of The HCP.
However, this should be done as a totally separate issue to your MR/Appeal.
It may help to discredit the Medical Report.
The important issue with The MR/Appeal is to reiterate how and why you should have received an award.
