Hello Group, can anybody tell me please...when do the D.S.S. close at Christmas time ? Does the whole DSS 'machine' close down on a certain date? Many thanks in advance.

Officially only the three Bank Holidays, but they run with reduced staff around them, we might be able to help more if you explained your question in more detail.
