The issue with the stairs is a health and safety one, if you turn up at the assessment centre and they do not think you are capable of managing the stairs in an emergency they will cancel your appointment and you will have had a wasted journey.

If you are no longer taking the morphine tablets then this should part of the information that you supply to ATOS.

Hi M,

The Centre for Health and Disability Assessments Limited. (Maximus) take over medical services for The ESA WCA from ATOS in March 2015.

A bit more of a "mouthfull" than ATOS.
