Hi there,

Does anyone know of a top law firm that may be able to assist with a possible breach of protocol regarding the PIP assessment process I have recently undergone. I must stress this request is NOT legal advice but a purely a possible recommendation?

It would have to be a Solictors that dealt with Welfare Rights.

It would depend on where you are geographically, you could try putting Welfare Rights Solicitors for your Town/Postcode/County into Google.

I am not sure that any of the above have Welfare Rights Depts, and you should be aware that Legal Aid is no longer available for Welfare Rights issues in England, except for appeals to the UTT.
