aww thanks bro58 Im, no good with words I had my back epidurals today very painfull but iv to crack on sending the form in as its to be in by 10th march !!!
so iv to save a copy of the filled in form, did you say a copy of the address its going to, anything else im going to post ittommorow if I get it all done like I say its to be in for the 10th march , not in mood to do it today as im in pain but needs must thanks

Hi momx.
Yes, keep a copy !
Yes, if you remember, this is so you can send any additional evidence on to the same address after returning The PIP 2 Form.
If you can afford it try and send the PIP 2 Form back by first class, recorded, signed for delivery, that way you will have some proof that it was returned by the deadline date.
Sending Documents to the DWP or ATOS
You should still be able to use the Pre-Paid Addressed Envelope provided, and simply pay any excess for having it sent by recorded, signed for. ( Royal Mail Track & Trace. )
Hope you start to feel a bit better soon !!
