My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
I would suggest that you start by having a look at our PIP Claim guide and specifically the section that covers "Moving Around", you can then see whether you would score sufficient points for a Mobility award. I would recommend you mark yourself harshly.
If you want to pursue the matter further then come back to the forum and we can explain how to do this.
