i have just been awarded the daily living rate at the standard rate im unsure to appeal? I have problems with my mobility due to cronic pain (degenrative disc disease) has anyone got any advice for me as im unsure as to what to do

I would suggest that you start by having a look at our PIP Claim guide and specifically the section that covers "Moving Around", you can then see whether you would score sufficient points for a Mobility award. I would recommend you mark yourself harshly.

If you want to pursue the matter further then come back to the forum and we can explain how to do this.
