Hi my wife will finally be having her assesment with Atos on Thursday, all be it 30 miles from our home. My wife's condition has deterred during the wait, is she assessed by her condition now or when she filled out the form? Thank you
Your wife should be assessed as she is on the day. It would be worth taking a written record of the changes and ask the assessor to read it before they start and also pass it on to DWP.
