Just looking for anyone who has been sent a text saying that they have received your claim then went on to award...so far people are still saying they received a letter then award.. I'm so confused as this is the first time I have received a text on renewal 8( anxiety through the roof.

The DWP often send text messages in regard to benefits and I know of others who have received text messages as you have, it is just an informational message and bears and in no way indicates how they will view your claim.Polli wrote:
