Hi i had my ESA appeal and from 0 points I was put on support group with no points awarded on the decision but with special circumstances. I am Suffering from Transverse Myelitis which is a neurologic condition and was affected my spinal cord. Nerves damaged and/or scar tissue. The most important was my evidence from my GP, Neurologist Consultant, Senior Neurological Physiotherapy Doctor. Very good for me was the advice from member guides which help me to write my appeal as could as i was able to write. If the Athos turned you down don't worry, in my case they don't checked me apart from reading some letters, seat down and move my lower legs, and last checked the reflexes on my knees. Athos changed the majority of answers provided by me but still the fairness wan it. Thanks Good!
