I am not sure which section this would go under, any help please as I have loads of problems with this as it blocks often, need help keeping it clean and also changing bag.

My full name is showing, how can I stop it? Don't be afraid to repeat content across multiple questions where it is relevant. I would think that this would have relevance to Managing Treatment (Q5) and Managing Toilet Needs (Q7) and possibly Washing and Bathing (Q6).
