Thank you so much Gordon and Mrs Hurtyback, I appreciate this very much and all your help and support since this started as well as Bro58's kind comments. From what you are saying it doesn't sound too terribly awful, so fingers crossed I may get something. Let's see. I am going to try as best I can not to waste time worrying about it for now (or at least not too much!) and I will let you know the result when I hear something. I was on the permanent life time (or whatever they call it) DLA award, but from what I read here that makes no difference at all, so not assuming I will get anything and anything I do get will be a bonus really, just a little worried if I don't they will put me in work capable ESA from the support group when i couldn't get to the job centre without a heck of a lot of planning with friends and so on, let along a job! I mean frankly. I wouldn't employ anyone having to take morphine to work with them, but who knows how the DWP minds work and I have heard some real horror stories...but like I said, trying not to think too much on that for now.

My form doesn't contradict what I said (at least I don't think so... I became extremely confused at one point after I had dissociated so really no idea what went on for some of the thing, apart from freaking out at the assessor about something I can't even remember and that was when the social worker said things... have no idea cos I was sort of coming back around at that point, so I hope I didn't say anything wrong then, but if I did it's done now so what can I do?) Only thing that did contradict for sure was the weird mystery boxes about buses when I ticked 100m but the assessor implied it was less, so no idea. I mean I don't work in buses or metres and wish they would word the things less confusingly. I mean I know I get easily confused cos of my conditions, but even my friend who read over the form and kind of helped me with it and even with your great guide I found that one question pretty odd. That is why I brought it up with the assessor cos it still concerns me she never asked about mobility (any idea why that might have been and does that happen a lot?), and, as I said, I may well have got that wrong as well as written the wrong stuff on the other mobility question, but let's see. I just would hate the DWP to get funny with me about that and remove my ESA, cos you hear of them out with their spy cams (I told her I could get into the garden and sometimes a little more if no people were around and I had taken the morphine, but wasn't sure how much that little more was cos I never measured it, but did tell her where it was, so I hope she got where I was meaning; the social worker tried to explain where it was too) and asking people to pay back money due to fraud and I sincerely hope me and my mobility question answers and ticking the wrong box isn't seen as fraud cos it isn't, it's just me having no idea how many buses I can walk etc. Cos that scenario would be horrendous and so trying not to think about it and living day by day instead. Not easy tho!

Thanks for answering all my questions. I appreciate that, Gordon. And no, my docs evidence doesn't contradict anything I said. In fact a lot of what I wrote was based off of my medical reports because I thought if I did that I would get less confused. I am not surprised the assessor was a bit puzzled tho cos on my form it said stuff like refer to page blah blah of report dated blah blah, paragraph blah blah, but as she did not have any of the reports it made much of what I had written pretty redundant!

As for having to call Capita again... OMG, really?? OK... I will do that. I really hoped I would never have to talk to that lot again, but alrighty, this I will do! Thanks. Are you saying that cos they may then say I didn't attend the appointment even though I have already had my appointment? Or something else like some people have to have more than one assessment? I'm guessing the former. And yeh... best to call, you're right, cos they have been so incompetent thus far (not to mention lying to me about the doctor thing). No rush to respond cos I will call them anyway, but just wondering.

Will let you know the results whenever they arrive as I said, but in the meantime, really so grateful for this forum and for all the mods especially. You have made a horrible situation a lot better. :)
