After years of terrible maladministration by the DWP and its subcontractors in regards to my case, I have reached the end of their complaints procedure and can, should I wish, forward my complaint to the Independent Case Examiner.
Does anyone know of any risks of doing so, apart from annoying the DWP and potentially placing me in their sights, yet again? Which, I likely am in anyway...
Any pros apart from potentially finding out information I have asked for time and again only for my requests to go unanswered or ignored, and being able to show that I considered my complaint unanswered?
