I phoned the DWP today (Friday 10/04) and they have said they are sending me a copy of my assessment report.
I also just wanted to say thank you to B&W for writing such wonderful and informative guides - I wouldn't have been able to complete my PIP form without them, and I also learned a number of helpful things which got me through my face to face assessment. I think my ESA is being reassessed next year (it was put on hold for two years because of the ATOS/Maximus debacle) and I will be sure to make use of your ESA guides for when that happens too.
