PIP

My father is severely sight impaired and currently receiving indefinite DLA low rate care and enhanced mobility. Is there any information here to assist in the completion of the PIP 2 form with regards to being severely sighted impaired and how this can relate to the activities listed, especially - preparing food, communication, reading and getting around.
