I have an appointment assessment

If any one can help I would be most gratefull. I have an apointment on Friday 10 April. it just says "We have been asked by Department of work and pensions To carry out an assessment in relation to your benefit claim".
at Marylebone assessment centre.

I dont know if this is for Emplyment Support Allowence ( used to be Incapacity Benefit) or DLA ? The letter doent say any thing much more than that
