im am going to my appeal this Thursday (9th April 2015) im just thinking if I win does it get back dated to when it stopped I was on esa thank you for any answers in advance

If your appeal is successful at The Tribunal Hearing, the positive decision will be backdated to the time of the adverse decision that you have appealed.

hi bro 58 thanks for your support as a result I won the appeal today from 0 points now to 24 points!!! I am claiming jobseekers do I come of that now or stay on until they sorted it back to esa and do I get the difference backdated im so confused but once again thank you bro 58 and to An ex nurse
