Hi, After having read most recent news article, question I and others may have, do you know if this is for those claimants (already in receipt of ESA awaiting re-referral) who had been awarded ESA primarily or only for mental health conditions?
Or, could this also be the case where, for example, on ESA85/ESA85A claimant has been awarded primarily for physical conditions as well as or a mention of mental health condition/s? For example, I am in SG due to restricted mobility but could have mentioned on last ESA50 that my physical conditions cause depression!

I don't think we have sufficient information to say whether the problem is restricted to those with Mental Health issues or not, however, even if it did this should not affect the issuing of an ESA50, it is the return of the form that is covered by the procedures.
