We have seen PIP reports used to support ESA claims (infrequently) and ESA reports used for a PIP award (even more infrequently) but we have not seen report a report from one benefit used to deny an award for the other or even to initiate a re-assessment, in fact the Minister at the time has even state in the House that this would not happen.
