Gordon, Thank You for your help. I managed to find the phone number via your link, phoned the court, and they said that they have logged it today, and that I should receive a letter in the post. They also said that they have sent the paperwork to DWP. Now its just a question of waiting, and filling in tons more paperwork, and hope and pray that I win. Again, Thank You for your help. Susan.
