I emailed Atos that I could not attend an assessment centre they had selected for me - too far away. I received an email reply stating - and listen to this and I quote:

"We have not been aware of your conditions listed in your email.

Please provide the DWP with supporting evidence and we can look to arrange a Home Consultation for you. "

I've looked at my copy application and all my medical conditions are of course listed.
Supporting evidence from 8 different sources was included too.

And they say they did not know of my conditions! They will do anything to throw off a claim.

Hi C,

I have merged your post with your related topic from this afternoon.

If they are to rearrange make sure you get something in writing to confirm that you do not have to attend the original appointment.
