Hi on dla high at moment just been sent letter that limited 2 work form on way
is there help I can get filling out as dyslectic & misread.
even have problem with spellcheq because not sure of words,
Birmingham area nr northfield/longbride.
printing out all the help so I can get boyfriend to read.

You may well struggle to find help.
Do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county for a list of advisors in your area.
If you have a particular condition then you can try contacting any charity that supports you problem. Do an internet search for the condition.
If you can't find anybody then maybe a friend or relative can help you fill in the form using our guides which are available on the following link.

hi caravanj thanks. sent off email 2 site 2 ask as a not able 2 travel at moment.
I have a congenital hip (clicking hip)
I have 3 adult hip reserfing opps also had opps from age of 2 so no muscle or bone left now, was in a brace, astatic, arthritis.
1 knee opp because of height promblems in 1 leg
also surfer with muscle spasms in shoulder & back.
