I will soon be switching banks and don't know who to tell at DWP. My latest award letter just has the address 'Post Handling Site B' in Wolverhampton. I don't live in Wolverhampton and am worried that if I write to that address it will just get lost. I really don't want to phone anyone, so could you help please? I have searched and can't find anything recent on the site.

For some time now nearly all DWP mail has been going via Wolverhampton, no matter where you live or the location of the Benefits Centre/Office that administer your benefit.
So if the Wolverhampton address is the one on your most recent DWP letter, that is the address that you should use.
It will be sorted at Wolverhampton then opened, scanned and sent electronically to your local office.
