For some time now nearly all DWP mail has been going via Wolverhampton, no matter where you live or the location of the Benefits Centre/Office that administer your benefit.
So if the Wolverhampton address is the one on your most recent DWP letter, that is the address that you should use.
It will be sorted at Wolverhampton then opened, scanned and sent electronically to your local office.
