PIP - second reconsideration.

Just had a case where PIP was refused by the DWP at mandatory reconsideration and so we appealed to the Tribunal Service.

There has now been a second reconsideration by the DWP awarding PIP.

I've never known this happen before. Has anyone else?

I have seen this with a couple of members.

I remember : This Case in particular.

Although fresh evidence was at issue in the above.

However, it proves that a DM can revise a decision even after one has appealed to The FTT.
