Hi guys.

I received my February ESA renewal which i sent back in January after the holidays. I never received confirmation but didn't remember to follow up till payments stopped. I have spoken to them since February and on several occasions i was told they would send me out a new renewal. Now i am being told there is nothing they can do and i should just go apply for PIP.
Was this a ploy from the start and do i have no recourse?

When you last posted (about 7 months ago) you appear to have been in the Support Group.

You say you were re-assessed in January of this year and now your payments have stopped, do you know why?

Have you received a Decision Letter saying the you have been found Fit for Work?

Were you asked to attend an assessment?

You cannot be found Fit for Work without a face to face assessment being required, are the DWP saying you were invited to one but failed to attend?

I am afraid without more information, it is really not possible to offer any relevant advice, so please try and provide answer to the questions above.
