I had my Tribunal last week and it was adjourned to be fixed on another date the reason stated was, The Tribunal is not ready to proceed.
They said the Submission and additional information that was sent by the Law Centre to the Clerk had left them insufficient time to consider my case. They have also made a request to my GP to provide computer records including any hospital, Specialist and Consultants letters for the period Jan 2011 to date.
They have also asked for a submission from the DWP stating what kind of WRA I would be expected to do and the submission should address the steps I would have to take to attend or participate in the the WRA identified. The DWP also has to include a copy of Regulation 35.
I included a report from a Consultant Psychiatrist I saw In January 2011 and a letter from First Step dated December 2011 which I attended for CBT and behaviour motivation, I was supposed to contact First Step for more Therapy and to see a psychologist but my mother was very ill and died in January 2012 and i have had other stressful events to cope with over the past few years so have not been back in touch with them to carry on my therapy.
My long term GP left the practice and I only attend the doctors now if I have any physical problems. I have not had any follow up from the GP or the Psychiatrist about my Mental health since I saw her in 2011 when she changed my medication and just get repeat prescriptions.
Because there was no ESA50 completed before my Medical Assessment, I included a letter to the tribunal on how the descriptors apply to me. The Law Centre said I qualified for the Support Group under Regulation 35 saying that attending WRAG would be detrimental to my mental health.
I also had a letter from my present GP saying why he considered that attending WRA would have a detrimental effect on my Mental Health.
When I went to see the GP he was surprised that I had not had any follow up and reassessment since seeing the Psychiatrist. He has asked me to make an appointment for a months time to see about referring me to the Mental Health Team.
I have 28 days to provide the tribunal with any additional information.
I was ill with worry leading up to my tribunal and the prospect of going through it all again is making me worse.
I could not get anyone from the Law Centre to attend the tribunal with me and took a close friend. I would be grateful for any advice you could give me on how to proceed.
Thanks C.

As you have support from a trained advisor, your first port of call with these questions should be them, they have sight of your papers and an understanding of the basis of your claim that we simply cannot replicate on the forum.
