Just to add to the advice already given.
You will not receive any ESA payments during the Mandatory Reconsideration phase, this is standard, no one receives payment at this time if they are found Fit for Work
You will not receive any ESA payments during the appeal stage, this is because you failed to attend an assessment.
You can of course receive JSA as already advised.
