renwal of esa (support group) was created by derek hardy
just to let you all know, I was due to go through the process of renewing esa this month, I had to change bank , gave my details and politely enquired about my renewal , I was told that my claim has already been assessed and has been extended to 2017!
I didn't know what to say or do, I was glad I didn't have to go through all the usual b.........
I wonder if anybody else has had something like this happen to them?

You will not have been reassessed, more likely that your ESA re-assessment that was due shortly has been deferred for two years.

Yes, this has happened to many claimants/members, deferments have been going on since January 2014.
