Girlfriend let me down last minute so im left with no choice but to attend on my own.
Main problem i see is that im hoping to score high on the engaging with others question (suspected ASD), however have now got to engage with people in order to get my point across.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

This is a Catch 22 that you need to give some thought to as it will certainly diminish your claim if you are able to attend on your own.
Is there anybody else that you trust that could go with you?
You can ask for the case to be adjourned until someone is available, you need to contact the Clerk of the Court at the venue as quickly as possible.
Have you considered switching to a Paper only hearing, I will warn you that statistically the success is much lower.
You could ask for the hearing to be held at your home, they may be willing to entertain it being done over the phone or using a service such as Skype.

Have you tried contacting the National Autism Society for some advice, they helped my brother-in-law.

A welfare officer from his local council went to his tribunal with him.

My son has diagnosed ASD along with ADHD. He had high rate Care and lower rate Mobility from childhood. This was downgraded to low rate Care once he turned 16, and had to apply in his own right as an adult. A social worker who had little knowledge of his difficulties filled in the form for him as I was too ill at the time to do so (I am also disabled). We both attended an appeal, without anyone to support us, and from the beginning, it was clear that the tribunal did not believe one word my son or I said. The decision remained unchanged.
If at all possible, you should have someone professional who is involved in your care attend the Tribunal to support you. You are much more likely then to have a successful result on appeal, as a professional's opinion counts for much more than that of a friend or relative who cares for you.

Had a look on NAS website and there closest outreach centre is manchester. About 40-50 miles away. Id love to have a professional attend with me however im on a waiting list for ASD assessment so nobody that can confirm diagnosis yet. Im with a mental health charity but they are to stretched to commit anyone to leaving for half a day.
I opted against the paper based review for the very reason specified. the lower success rate.
Main to areas i see it impacting are engaging with others, and following a journey. Im not to bothered about following a journey as i know my case is a little weak and id likely lose that point.
Its just that engaging with others which messes me up. I was hoping for high points on it.
With regards additional evidence, the one bonus is that ive managed to get a copy of my ASD referral letter which states some of my problems.
