From your previous posts I believe you are currently in the Support Group.

If you are no longer entitled to payment due to your financial situation changing for example; you receive a pension while receiving ESA(CB) or your incomer, savings or the hours that a partner work prevents payment for ESA(IR) then you will continue to receive NI Credits as long as you continue to meet the criteria for ESA. You do not need to provide Fit Notes for this to happen.

If your ESA is stopped because you are found Fit for Work then it will depend on your challenging the Decision and in the longer term whether that challenge is successful. In this case you would need to provide Fit Notes.
